We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in the same condition as received. Items must be returned with all original packaging, dust bags, and accessories.

Reservations
48-Hour Hold Available
Items may be reserved for up to 48 hours with a non-refundable deposit, giving you time to confirm your purchase.
Reserved items will be released back to general availability if the deposit is not received within this period.

Shipping
Complimentary local delivery within Singapore. International shipping fees vary by destination, size, and weight. All orders are fully tracked.
Import Duties
Worldwide shipping does not include import duties or taxes of the destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
